Birthday boy LIL WAYNE was left stunned when mentor and pal BIRDMAN handed him $1 million (GBP540,000) at his 26th birthday party in Miami, Florida on Tuesday night (07Oct08). Is this Baby’s way of making up for not paying Wayne his royalties? Is this to keep him quiet about the ever persistent gay rumors? Maybe it’s a gift to help Wayne pay off those back taxes he owes:
