Lots of hanky panky going on in the music world. Looks like folks will soon be popping out babies. Not only is Ms. Scott preggers but apparently Kelis is too. While Jill has an eart mom vibe about her, Mrs. Nas seems a little too self absorbed for the role of Mommy, but hey, what do I know? On a side note: Can you imagine Mr. “Illmatic” as a daddy? From Necole Bitchie :

According to Hollyscoop, an insider has confirmed that Nas and Kelis are having a baby! “They’ve been trying for a while … I think it finally happened. It’s all they are talking about. She is carrying hip-hop royalty!” says the insider. “They are so excited.”

And on Ms. Scott:

Rumors on the web claim that singer Jill Scott is pregnant with her first child. The chattering started after radio reporter Jawn Murray of the Tom Joyner Morning Show reportedly announced on November 18th that the singer is pregnant. Jawn Murray alleges that he hasnt had confirmation from Jill’s camp yet, but that she is rumored to be pregnant.

Wonder if this menas no new albums or touring for awhile? Even though I could see Jill on stage many months pregnant during her thing.  Anywho..Congrats to both the ladies! Wishing everyone much happiness with the soon to be bundles of joys.
